Coach Bates is the founder of Liftspiration Athletics — a performance training program built to develop explosive athletes through discipline, hard work, and purpose. He specializes in speed development, strength training, ballistic power, mobility, change of direction, and total athlete development for youth, high school, and collegiate athletes across every sport.

Liftspiration Athletics is more than workouts — it's a culture that pushes athletes beyond their limits while building confidence, leadership, accountability, and a strong mindset on and off the field. Coach Bates believes in structure, consistency, and earning results through relentless effort, all within a family atmosphere where everyone improves together. The mission is simple: develop athletes with purpose and prepare them for success in sports and in life.
